Apex Skypark, Inc. is an engineering based manufacturer that has the internal capacity to design, build, install and service Robotic Parking Garages. As an innovated systems integrator we use state-of-the-art fully automated vehicle storage and retrieval technology within our Robotic Parking Solution. Our patented designs and ongoing research and development efforts ensure our customers the best value available on the market today.
Our highly reliable systems are designed with a user-friendly software interface using commercially available, off-the-shelf products. In Addition, our systems are Safe, Reliable, Space Efficient, Customizable, and Environmentally Friendly.
Previously operating as a subsidiary of Apex Design Technology Inc., established 1995 www.apexdt.com, Apex Skypark Automated Parking Systems spun off its Robotic Parking operations in 2005. With demand increasing, the organization needed a separate and larger enterprise to manufacture the electronically controlled computerized robotic parking, storage, and retrieval systems.
COST SAVINGS – Robotic Parking Garage utilizes high density parking within compact structure. Lowers cost of ownership by decreased land volume, lower insurance costs and minimal utilities and maintenance requirements.
LAND UTILIZATION EFFICIENCY – Land use is about 50% less than a conventional concrete garage; basically we give you more for less. It’s your choice, either 50% more cars in the same space as concrete structures or about 50% less land usage for the same number of vehicles.
DEVELOPMENT TIME – Robotic Parking Garage takes about half the time to build as a conventional concrete garage.
SAVE, SECURE, AND RELIABLE – Safe, simple, and user friendly vehicle drop-off and pick-up points located at ground level. Secure storage area with no human access or intervention. Highly reliable precision controlled mechanical mechanism use industrial grade commercially available components.

Dubai Project Update
The tower and the Robotic Parking Structure to the right of the tower is a model of the Al Hikma Project. The fully automated Robotic Parking Solution being provided by Apex Skypark, Inc (ASI) is the World's Largest Robotic Parking Garage under development. Standing next to the model is ASI’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Harold Ashworth.
The robotic car park has a total of twenty floors with five of them below grade. The electro-mechanical equipment consists of Vertical Transporters to move the vehicles from floor to floor; Trolleys which will position the vehicles horizontally in front of the parking stall; and Robots which will be performing the precision pick and place routines for the vehicles.
The project is unique in many aspects: 1) the tower will be the largest building in the Middle East depicting the former Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum; 2) the Apex Skypark Robotic Parking Structure will be the Largest, 1288 spaces, and most technologically advanced in the entire world; 3) the structure will have a helipad on its rooftop and a catwalk from the car park to the tower for the Royal Family.
When asked, Harold stated "although the Dubai Municipality has been inconsistent with their approvals the project is making headway and behind the scenes progress is being made.
